T"Praise the Lord" Praise the name of the Lord, praise Him, you servants of the Lord, you who minister in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of God.
Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good, sing praise to his name for that is pleasant. For the Lord chose Jacob to be his own Israel to be his treasured possession. I know that the Lord is Great! that our Lord is greater than all gods. The Lord does whatever pleases him, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths."

When was the last time you really thought about hos GREAT our Lord is? I have been fairly lazy today. I have spent most of the day setting on my deck enjoying the weather. But this evening I was just struck by the thought that God has done MANY great things for me and my family. Most of which, if not all was undeserved. And now we are in a different chapter of our life. One we perhaps wouldn't have written for ourselves. Yet, I am excited to see God working in our lives and in our home.

I had a God encounter yesterday. I was all alone in my car driving and God showed up. In such a powerful way, He revealed himself to me and showed me yet another piece of His will for my life. And then he filled me with peace. There is nothing like the peace that comes from God. I wish I could bottle it up and hand it out, but them I remember it is ours for the asking. He gives it to us freely.

God is Great! I am blessed beyond anything I could put in words! I am humbled to be His servant and I look forward to walking with Him in the days ahead!
